Brackettville, Texas
42 miles today, 1,418 miles down. We are in Texas 17 days---that’s a long time.
Woke up with humidity - the first time. I should have known, misty rain all day. My electronics quickly were put in a ZipLock bag. So, very few pictures. Trees! And humidity seemed like home. Rain ran off my ball cap under my helmet. My glasses get spotted and you just have to look through the spots. I went into Wal-Mart today - the first time in a month. I didn’t buy anything, too hard to carry anything.
No internet at Fort Clark Springs, an historic army post connected with the cavalry.
I’m tired.
